C# .NET - Head of Development Department

We are looking for a C# expert to lead development of various interesting projects both for external clients and internal startup projects

You need to have more than 5 years of professional experience with C# and expereince leading teams and as a technical arquitect

You are a champion of software development best practice. You absorb, improve, develop and disseminate the company's best practice knowledge base. You understand how to judge the appropriate level of documentation and don't settle for less, from themselves or from others.

You can plan and comunicate technical specifications and instructions verbally and in writing at the appropriate level for programmers in the team and for clients. You can estimate with accuracy and can work at every level from whole systems, components, milestones/releases, tasks, sub-tasks, test cases and individual lines of code.

We use a combination of automated and manual testing. You can develop automated tests and are obsessed with quality, you ensure all necessary measures are taken to ensure each version released is tested and up to standard.

You take responsibility for releases using version control, database change control etc.

You will mentor, trains and develops the development team. They review code, tools, methods, documentation to ensure our speed and quality are maintained and constantly improved

You are a key playor at weekly operations/project meetings where production priorities and deadlines are set
